The legal relationship between the Guest and GM Makeup Salon is established by the payment of the deposit for the booking of the treatment appointment and the signing of the treatment consent form on the day of the treatment.

Extract from Act V of 2013 (PTA)

§ 6:185 [Reserved]
(1) Money paid to the other party may be regarded as a deposit if it is paid as confirmation of the commitment and this purpose is clearly indicated in the contract.
(2) If the contract is fulfilled, the debt is reduced by the amount of the deposit. If the contract is not performed for reasons for which neither party is responsible or both parties are responsible, the deposit shall be returned.
(3) The party responsible for the failure to perform shall forfeit the deposit and shall refund twice the deposit received.
(4) The loss or double refund of the deposit does not relieve you of the consequences of the breach of contract. The penalty and compensation shall be reduced by the amount of the deposit.
(5) The court may reduce the amount of an excessive deposit at the request of the debtor.

The deposit is to be paid by the deadline, in case of non-payment the GM makeup salon has the right to cancel the appointment. In this case, the guest is only entitled to use the appointment again upon payment of the deposit.

6.1 Please note that in the event of cancellation of a management reservation for a specific day confirmed with a booking, the deposit is non-refundable and non-refundable. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation of the treatment date which is cancelled voluntarily and missed through no fault of the guest, the deposit will be forfeited in full. GM makeup salon is not obliged to refund the deposit paid.

6.2 If the guest has paid the treatment deposit for the treatment date indicated in the confirmation, the requested date can no longer be changed.

6.3 In the case of a Special Offer or Last Minute promotion date booking within a time period that is a Special Period, the deposit will be forfeited in full upon cancellation of the date, and no claim can be made against GM Makeup Salon.
A new appointment can only be requested after paying a new deposit.

6.4. Exception to the above:

If the cancellation of the treatment appointment is due to unexpected illness, unforeseeable obstacles or serious problems, and the guest can prove this with a medical certificate (general practitioner, specialist, hospital report) or other official document, the appointment can be changed 1 time without losing the deposit paid. The new appointment may be changed within 2 months of the date postponed.

- In the case of a repeat booking (including changes or new requests) after 2 months, the guest will be required to pay a new deposit.

- A new treatment date can only be requested upon payment of a new deposit, based on the current price list for the period in question. 

In the event that GM Makeup Salon is unable to perform its duties for unforeseen reasons, or for other unavoidable and unexpected reasons, it is unable to receive its guests at the previously booked time, it will always notify the guest(s) concerned. The method of notification shall be by e-mail or telephone.

Due to the extent of the problem preventing the service from being provided, GM makeup salon offers 3 alternative appointments for the treatment to the affected clients. If the guest does not accept any of the offered appointments, GM makeup salon is not obliged to make a further offer, whereby the appointment will be considered cancelled by the guest and the deposit will be considered lost. In this case, the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.

By paying the deposit, the guest expresses that he/she has fully understood this information, acknowledges and accepts the contents of this information and does not have any claim for damages against GM makeup salon in accordance with this information.

Please always arrive punctually for your treatment appointment, in order to ensure an accurate and orderly daily treatment.

In GM makeup salon the treatment fee can be arranged as follows: 
- in cash on the day of treatment. 
- payment by credit card on the day of treatment (VISA, MASTERCARD)
- by bank transfer no later than the day before the treatment.
