Imagine suddenly noticing that your skin starts to turn white in patches. And then those spots get bigger and bigger, maybe even multiplying. What's more, you are completely powerless to stop the process.
There are no answers, as even medical science cannot say for sure why vitiligo develops and there is no permanent, effective cure. 
Inertia is the first thing that comes to mind. "We need a solution! Absolutely necessary!" - is what anyone affected by this skin problem feels. Pigment-deficient patches most often appear and spread on the most visible areas of the body: the face, the back of the hands, etc. 
Just think, people stare at you on the street, at work, at school, while shopping and everywhere in general, and may even get scared for fear that these spots could spread to them. 
This fear is of course unfounded, as vitiligo is not contagious. It is a pigment-deficient condition that causes serious aesthetic problems. 
This condition could be called a confidence killer, because it is also a huge challenge from this point of view. 
This was the experience of this young girl who developed vitiligo on her chin. Her case was made really special and interesting by her freckles. I also found myself facing a very interesting challenge professionally. 
In this case, how can the vitiligo spot be covered so that it blends in perfectly with the healthy skin surface? The solution is clearly shown in the photo: in addition to vitiligo with tattoos I matched the white surface to her skin tone, I also tattooed freckles on her. 
This girl was perfectly happy with the result. Do you think it makes someone happy to get their freckles back? In this case, it certainly did!
What makes me happy, however, is that in my work I can offer a lasting solution to those who may have given up on getting their original face back.
